The Lifeline organisation is run by a church, but funded by the Governement. It is accessible nationwide by phoning 13-1114 . Local call rate applies.
Mental Health Information Referral Resource Australia (MHIRRA) can supply details of of support services in country areas. It is open 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 1300 785 005. Calls are free.
Canada
